JODI BUTCHART
Brenda has many years of experience in the fitness industry both as a Group Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer and is BCRPA Third Age certified. Her passion for health and wellness caused her to pursue a career in teaching Pilates. She received her training through STOTT Pilates, Vancouver, in Mat, Reformer and Cadillac. When she is not teaching, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and her gorgeous three year old granddaughter. “As the years go by, I have personally realized the benefits of a physically active lifestyle; let me help you reap the same rewards and benefits”
Barbara Vadovicova-Fong
Barbara was a member of the Slovakia National Gymnastics team for over 10 years and was part of the Slovakia Gymnastics Olympic preparation team for the Seoul Olympics in 1988. In 2001, Barbara obtained her doctorate degree in the field of Kinesiology and the Biomechanics of Artistic Gymnastics. During her internship, she became head coach for the Icelandic national gymnastics team in Reykjavik, Iceland. In 2002, Barbara moved to BC, to further her opportunities in sport and fitness. Her certifications include, BCRPA registered Personal Trainer, Artistic Gymnastics NCCP Level 3, and STOTT Pilates® Mat and Reformer. Barbara believes that certain art forms are inherent in all of us. For her, it is the art of Pilates and she uses her experiences and skills in helping athletes and non-athletes achieve their goals.
