Rhonda Bourne BCRPA Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Rhonda’s passion for fitness dates back as far as she can remember. To her, the only gift better than maintaining her own fitness is sharing her knowledge with others. Rhonda’s years of experience as a group exercise specialist and personal trainer have given her the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients from Type 1 Diabetics to people struggling with cancer, and clients who are preventing CVD or surviving heart problems. She is a devoted runner of numerous 10 km runs, and has completed the Boston Marathon. Rhonda’s current client base ranges from a race car driver to an avid golfer to coaching 10 km, half, and full marathons.
