Group Fitness Studio
Our bright and spacious Group Fitness Studio is where you’ll find the majority of our fitness classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, ViPR®, Zumba®, Tabata, LaBlast®, Group Strength and more.
Kinesis™ is an innovative small group circuit training class that focuses on enhancing movement through balance, flexibility and strength conditioning. Our popular Pilates Reformer programs and private Pilates sessions also take place in this space.
The Oval’s Cycling and Rowing classes provide a great cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout. Through music and enthusiastic coaching, participants will be motivated to take their fitness to new heights.. Beginner and avid cyclists and rowers alike will benefit from these fun, low impact classes.
