Rose used to believe that lifting weights would make her look bulky and less feminine. As she grew older she realized that she was looking physically softer and began training with a trainer. Through her journey, her perception of resistance training and becoming physically fit changed completely. Rose wanted to share her knowledge and took on the career to educate others with the same misconception. She became certified in CHEK Exercise, Twist Conditioning and Athlete Performance. Helping people make lifestyle changes, which also affect their family’s lives, is priceless to Rose. She wants to do everything to make her clients’ journey fun, less frustrating and successful. And maybe by the end of their journey, they too will become certified healthy people.

Ashley’s enthusiasm for health and wellness has been a long time in the making. As a youth athlete in a variety of sports, she sought to learn about human movement. Ashley has completed her degree in Kinesiology and is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Further education with Twist Sport Conditioning, TRX Certifications and Athletes Performance have shape her training style.  She has experience training a variety of individuals from elite sport athletes, police officers and weekend warriors to cardiac care patients. Her training style integrates functional fitness, biomechanical efficiency and intense individually designed strength training programs to allow her clients to succeed in finding a healthy balanced lifestyle. Ashley’s energy, knowledge and enthusiasm allow her clients to push above and beyond for personal bests.

Sheldon’s passion is inspiring and assisting others to get the most from life. With his extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of sport and exercise, Sheldon offers the education and understanding of how to achieve the most from our bodies while providing the motivation needed to move beyond what one thinks is possible. He works with clients to enhance body awareness, mobility, muscle development, and endurance. Whether a client is new to fitness or an athlete in training, Sheldon applies his knowledge and on-going skill development to assess where clients are at and create programs designed to their specific lifestyle and fitness abilities. Sheldon will help his clients’ reach a higher level of self discovery, personal achievement, and responsibility for his/her own well-being.

Ken will teach you safe, effective, and proper exercise techniques and show you their effects on overall wellness. You will learn to become self-sufficient and take responsibility for your own health, but most of all, you can expect to have fun and a share few laughs. Making workouts enjoyable and something to look forward to is his way of ensuring that his clients stay motivated and are enjoying themselves.
Pat Yee

Pat Yee had always been active with sport and recreation activities, until a motor vehicle accident brought her to a halt.  Pat was able to rehabilitate her extensive injuries and experience the incredible benefits of exercise and active rehabilitation.  Pat’s health profile dramatically improved; she became stronger, returned to a healthy weight, and no longer had pain. During this process Pat uncovered her desire to help others learn how proper exercise can reduce stress, improve mood, give energy, strength and confidence. She became passionate to share the great, natural benefits of exercise with people! Pat is an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2004, helping a broad spectrum of clients of varying ages.  Pat has worked with cancer survivors, diabetics, hip/knee replacements, stroke survivors, metabolic disorders, heart disease and more. Pat enjoys helping new exercisers, and her specialty is working with active aging clients – people who want to move well, stay strong for daily activities and any recreational pursuits, to enjoy a long, healthy, quality life.

Sam’s passion for fitness began at an early age while participating in a variety of sports. Now as a multi sport athlete, Sam continues to develop his fitness knowledge through education courses such as the Athletes Performance Mentorship, as well as participating in his favorite sports which include soccer and road cycling. Sam uses his knowledge gained from specific training courses to work with clients to create  effective and fun programs designed to meet particular fitness goals and needs. Sam excels at teaching his clients and empowering them to live a healthier life. Whether it’s an active or sedentary lifestyle, Sam is driven to take his clients to the next level.

Tim’s combined experience in the field of active rehabilitation, personal training, and traveling has broadened his ability to conquer challenges and goals for himself and his clients. As a Registered Kinesiologist through the BCAK, Tim will guide you through progressive exercises, postural training, functional movements, and practical techniques outside of the gym to help you get back on track in life. Having trained a wide variety of clients, Tim enjoys and takes pride in helping individuals achieve successful post-injury rehabilitation, improve body-image, enhance athletic performance, and pass the RCMP PARE. No matter your situation, his positive attitude will find a way to inspire you.

Ryan excels at getting any client to be ‘The best YOU can be’ by being a supreme motivator.Ryan is certified as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is one of only a dozen individuals in Canada to hold this designation. Ryan’s specialties include physical prep for Law Enforcement/Firefighting and Paramedics, as well as anyone who wants to take their Fitness goals to the next level. Ryan has completed Performance mentorships through Team Exos/Athletes Performance and wants to inspire all of his clients to be ‘The best version of themselves’.

Christa Norgren

Christa’s fitness journey began with group fitness and individual conditioning and then progressed to personal training and specializing in yoga fitness.  She demonstrates her commitment to continuing education with additional training in Yoga, Athletes Performance and Functional Movement Systems, which has fueled her passion for athletic movement, safe practices and performing to one’s highest potential.  As a Master Trainer with YogaFit Canada, she integrates yoga movements and breath into her sessions with clients to bring balance and awareness. Christa aspires to have her clients see their potential; to work hard and do their best within their abilities, to see results and experience the benefits and to let go of limiting beliefs.
Linda Chan

Linda has been actively involved in the fitness world for many years.  She believes that health and fitness are all about building confidence, self-esteem and feeling great about oneself.  She continues to develop her fitness knowledge through educational courses and workshops such as the Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor course, Exercise and Rehabilitation for hip, knee and ankle and Functional Movement Systems.  She often works with Third Age clients that have age related functional issues. Linda’s passion is to motivate and inspire people of all levels, abilities and ages to enjoy and sustain an exercise program fitted to their particular needs, abilities and aspirations.

Linda was fond of Martial Arts in her youth and currently works hard on her award winning Tai Chi skills.

Like many of us, Chris grew up participating in a variety of sports and fitness activities including baseball, soccer, hockey and kickboxing. As an adult, his passion for fitness and fascination with the human body eventually lead him into Kinesiology, kicking off his 15-year health and fitness career. Along with a strong desire to motivate and help others achieve success, Chris combines academic knowledge, life experience and an appreciation for everything fun into his training. He takes a quality-before-quantity, long-term-benefit approach to movement and exercise, with a focus on helping clients continually create and achieve functional, challenging and satisfying fitness goals, as well as looking at the big picture goal we all share: life-long healthy movement. Chris will push you safely out of your comfort zone, help you challenge your limitations, and provide the training, motivation and support necessary to achieve what you always wanted to do, but thought you never could!
