A certified Oval Instructor will address issues specific to postnatal moms while building strength, toning muscles, improving posture and flexibility. This mat-based class will utilize resistance bands for added strength and conditioning to deliver an effective workout. Suitable for all moms, 6 weeks postpartum. Babies in strollers (under roving) welcome.
