Baby-friendly full body workout!
The Oval, in partnership with Fit 4 Two®, offers fitness programs for new moms. All Fit 4 Two® Instructors are Certified Postnatal Fitness Specialists and Provincially Registered Fitness Instructors and/or Personal Trainers. We follow the guidelines outlined by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) and maintain current CPR/First Aid.
This baby-friendly full body workout includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training and short power walks, followed by post natal-specific core work and flexibility. Our mobile intervals are ideal for babies who like to be on the move. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels welcome. This class is safe and beneficial for women with abdominal separation. Come out and meet other moms in your community.
- FREE childminding with registration for moms with older children.
- A jogging stroller is not required.
