TRX CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
If you are looking for the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals, you need to try high-intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT workouts are a proven way to improve endurance, burn more fat faster and minimize training time, while still increasing strength and power. This class incorporates TRX strength and conditioning with high intensity cardio intervals.
This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based workout. In this class, your cardio comes in the form of two unique blocks of strength exercises that deliver a high intensity workout sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after your workout is complete.
This is a dynamic, fun and challenging suspension training circuit class that incorporates ViPRs, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Sandbags and more! This TRX experience will lead you down the road to your best all around fitness.
Classes April 3 – June 30th, 2017:
- Monday 12:15pm: TRX STRONG
- Tuesday 10:00am: TRX HIIT
- Thursday 12:15pm: TRX HIIT
- Saturday 9:30am: TRX CIRCUIT
