Buckle up in the ROX Theatre and walk a mile in an athlete’s shoes as they pursue their Olympic dream.

The ROX film Pursuit of a Dream is a 9 minute inspiring film which introduces the theme of the ROX to guests. It plays every 15 minutes starting at 10:00am. The ROX theatre is located on Level 1 of the Olympic Oval across from the rotating exhibit in the main hallway at the back entrance of the ROX Shop. It is recommended to see the film at the beginning of your visit. If you wish to view the film at the end of your visit please notify one of the volunteers on Level 3 when you are ready to go.

The ROX Theatre will also host special film screenings, corporate events, seminars and other programming that will keep visitors coming back again and again.

Summer is here and we are celebrating the magic of cinema! Join us for FREE popcorn, lemonade, ice tea and a movie!

All shows will take place at the ROX Theatre; Level 1 of the Richmond Olympic Oval. Doors will open at 7:00pm and the movie will start at 7:30pm sharp.

–All films featured are rated PG-13 or PG.

–Availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Large groups of 5-8 people are asked to book a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please email info@therox.ca to secure your spot. Reservations will be confirmed via email. Changes to your reservation require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice and can be submitted to info@therox.ca.

–Reservation parties must have all members of their group present to be seated. If the full group has not arrived by 7:10pm, the reservation is void and group participants will be asked to join the first-come-first-serve queue.

–Doors will open at 7:00pm and the movie will start promptly at 7:30pm. Late entry is not permitted.

–Food and beverage is permitted in the theatre during the film series with the exception of alcoholic beverages.

–Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the film.
