Group Fitness

The Oval offers 50+ group fitness classes per week suitable for all fitness levels. An expansive class schedule offers formats including Zumba, TRX, Strength Training, Yoga and many more. Our educated and experienced team of instructors will motivate and inspire you.

Fitness Center

The Richmond Olympic Oval Fitness Centre is a 20,000, square foot high-tech fitness training facility. Open to members and guests, the Centre is outfitted with state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment to support any fitness goal.

Yoga by YYoga

YYoga is a Vancouver-based Canadian yoga and wellness company, currently offering over 700 classes per week across Metro Vancouver. The Richmond Olympic Oval has partnered with YYoga to provide a bright two-room centre, each with a 50 mat capacity offering 40+ classes a week including YYoga’s signature YHot class. Guests can also enjoy the infrared sauna and private tea lounge during their visit.

First Aid + CPR

First Aid and CPR training will give you the skills and confidence to act quickly and save a life in the event of an emergency. Learn important skills such as the use of the AED, what to do if someone is not breathing and how to treat for shock.
