Active Aging 55+ – Functional Circuit Training

Training to live life to the fullest

Improve your quality of life and retain the ability to excel in sport and recreational activities. The 7-week Active Aging program develops whole body strength and improves mobility. Small group sessions incorporate TRX, free-weights and other small equipment that will build lean muscle mass, improve balance and enhance joint stability and control.

No experience necessary. Participants must be 55 or older.
