Junior Fitness Rangers is an energetic educational fitness program that will teach your child to be strong and active for life. This program focuses on education and technique of fundamental exercises, progressing to complex movements and cardiovascular exercise. Classes will be fun and challenging to help kids embrace a physically active lifestyle at an influential age. Our small training group format ensures each child receives individual attention and instruction in an optimal learning environment.

No experience necessary. Suitable for ages 9-13.
