A fun and challenging postnatal Pilates class designed to reconnect you with your core. A certified Oval Instructor will address issues specific to postnatal moms while building strength, toning muscles, improving posture and flexibility. This mat-based class will utilize resistance bands for added strength and conditioning to delivery an effective workout. Each class runs for 60 minutes.
Suitable for all moms, 6 weeks postpartum. Babies in strollers (under roving) welcome.
