This 6 Week Ride challenge is a custom program created by Stages Cycling Coach and former professional rider Benjamin Sharp. Over 6 progressive sessions, riders will improve power, increase stamina and enjoy the camaraderie of riding with a team each week.

This progressive program will deliver measurable results based on riders FTP.
FTP stands for “Functional Threshold Power”, which is the highest effort you could sustain for a long period of time without burning out.
Sessions are 60 min each week
|Week 1||Includes an 8 min FTP test on week 1 to set riders base (threshold) power.|
|Week 2-5||Profiles on weeks 2 – 5 will challenge riders with custom profiles (tempo sprints, micro-intervals and sustainable efforts) designed to improve power and endurance.|
|Week 6||Includes an 8 min FTP retest on week 6 to measure improvement.|

TEAM 1: Monday, May 6th – June 17th, 2019: 6:45pm –7:45pm ( *no class on May 20th)
TEAM 2: Tuesday, May 7th – June 11th, 2019: 9:30am – 10:30am
