This progressive program will deliver measurable results based on riders FTP. FTP stands for “Functional Threshold Power”, which is the highest effort you could sustain for a long period of time without burning out. Week 1 includes an 8 minute FTP test to set riders base threshold power. Weeks 2-5 will challenge riders with custom profiles (tempo sprints, micro-intervals and sustainable efforts) designed to improve power and endurance. The final week includes an FTP retests to measure improvement.
