Rachel Baaske is a First Aid, CPR and AED instructor and has been teaching and taking re-certification and other courses for over 10 years. While completing a degree in Psychology at UBC she worked as a lifeguard as well as a first aid and fitness instructor in Vancouver and North Vancouver. In 2008, Rachel decided to dedicate herself full time to offering the best possible certification sessions through Link2Life Emergency Training with the goal to offer classes that are as fun, educational and as efficient as possible. Link2Life is thrilled to be offering courses out of the beautiful Richmond Olympic Oval and looks forward to the upcoming classes.
First Aid and CPR training will give you the skills and confidence to act quickly and save a life in the event of an emergency. Learn important skills such as the use of the AED, what to do if someone is not breathing and how to treat for shock. The Oval’s First Aid and CPR courses are taught by Link2Life instructors who are experienced and certified through the Lifesaving Society or Red Cross.
