Evan is registered with the College of Dietitians of BC and is a “Dietitians of Canada” Award recipient for his undergraduate work in varsity athletics. Evan has worked with Professional, Varsity and Collegiate level athletes, competing in NCAA Div 1, the CFL and the NFL. As an ISAK (International Society of the Advancement of Kinanthropometry) certified Level 2 Kinanthropometrist, Evan is passionate about quantifying the small changes that will enable clients to achieve their goals over time. Evan believes that fitness and lifelong health can be achieved at any point in life; regardless of perceived barriers.
Evan will work with you to find a plan that will enable you to reach your targets, no matter where you’re starting from. You’ll discuss what you’re eating now and talk about how making strategic, small changes can get you where you want to be. Whether you’re hitting the gym for the first time, training for an event or looking to qualify for a major competition, Evan will ensure the food you’re eating is enhancing all the effort you’re putting in.

Full payment for packages is due up front, and Individual receipts will be provided after each session with the dietitian. In the province of British Columbia, Registered Dietitians are classified as an “Authorized Medical Practitioner”. Our Registered Dietitian will work with you 1 on 1 to design a customized nutrition plan tailored to help you achieve your goals. He can answer questions on how different foods affect your body, and will work with you to make realistic, positive changes that fit within your lifestyle.
