Level 1 Learn the fundamentals of pelvic anatomy in this program to help you grasp concepts relating to pelvic floor activation, breathing techniques, and exercises essential for recovering from labour and delivery. This program will discuss recovery from both natural and caesarian births to help you regain core strength, decrease stress incontinence and get back to doing the activities you love. Whether you have a newborn or gave birth years ago but are still noticing some of the side effects, this program is for you! This program is delivered via a virtual platform so you can participate with ease and comfort of your home. Level 2 This intermediate level program will build on the foundation learned in the beginner level Postnatal program, to continue increasing strength, gaining mobility and getting back to the activities you love. Postnatal core recovery is still the main focus, but this class will pick the intensity up a notch to have you challenging yourself safely and having fun with baby! As with Level 1, this program is delivered via virtual platform. Prerequisite: Level 1 program or postnatal exercise experience recommended.
