Join Emily, Richmond Oval’s Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, for 8 weeks of Postnatal recovery.

Learn the fundamentals of pelvic anatomy in this program to help you grasp concepts relating to pelvic floor activation, breathing techniques, and exercises essential for recovering from labour and delivery. This program will discuss recovery from both natural and caesarian births to help you regain core strength, decrease stress incontinence and get back to doing the activities you love. Whether you have a newborn or gave birth years ago but are still noticing some of the side effects, this program is for you! This program is delivered via a virtual platform so you can participate with ease and comfort of your home.

ACE-CPT Emily’s passion is to help women increase their confidence by discovering what they can DO with their bodies, rather than focus on how their bodies LOOK. In her experience, she has found that when someone can discover what they are capable of and how that effects their life, confidence and acceptance are a natural byproduct. She wants to help you become more aware of your body and how it moves in order to help you live better, feel stronger and move well. Emily is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and PROnatal Pregnancy Fitness Specialist. She also specializes in kettlebell work, ViPR training, and improving mobility and posture, making her a well rounded trainer prepared to help with all your fitness goals!
