She competed in the Iranian Premier League where she won multiple championship titles as a player and as a coach. Elham started her own volleyball training academy in Iran and served as head coach until moving to Canada. Through his work with Air Attack Volleyball Club and Team BC, he has guided athletes to provincial programs and post-secondary opportunities across Canada. He has also been involved with Team BC for the past two years, highlighted by leading the Zone 5 U15 Boys to their first-ever BC Summer Games gold medal. He specializes in attacking and blocking development, helping athletes improve offensive efficiency, net presence, and decision-making at the net.
