Athlete Development – Youth Strength and Conditioning

Strength training offers youth many benefits.

*Training age refers to the total training time/ experience the athlete has in that aspect of physical training – whether its strength training, Olympic Weightlifting, plyometrics, speed and agility or any specific sport.

Programs that do not meet minimum registration numbers are subject to cancellation.

Personal Hygiene and Staying Home When Sick are the responsibilities of each individual, we ask that all coaches, staff, athletes and teams are diligent in keeping themselves and others safe. We have implemented a few additional measures including a much more limited capacity to all of our programs and increased cleaning and sanitizing to ensure the health and safety of every individual coming through our doors.

Cancellation Policy

7 days written notice required prior to the start date of the program for a full refund.

No refunds for mid-session cancellation, options for program transfers are available on a case by case scenario (admin fee may be charged).

Programs Refund + Cancellation Policy:

Registrants are eligible to receive a full refund if the request to withdraw from a program occurs more than seven days before the scheduled start date. If the registrant requests to withdraw within seven days of the program start date, an administrative fee of $25.00 will be applied to all refunds.

Please note no refunds or credits can be issued after the end of the second session of the program.

Exceptions are made for medical related withdrawals with medical note provided.
