Want to train with some of Canada’s top Volleyball athletes? The Richmond Olympic Oval is the home training centre for the Canadian Women’s National Volleyball Team, so you’ll be sharing the courts and weight room with these Olympic hopefuls! Oval High Performance offers a wide variety of both indoor and beach camps, for development to high performance levels for boys and girls from 9 years old and up.

Speed Skating

Improve skating efficiency, develop sport specific strengths and maximize your potential!  On and off ice learning and development opportunities are incorporated to provide a well-rounded experience for athletes from ages 9 and up.

Table Tennis

Learn the basic skills, have fun, and work hard. Oval Coaches will focus on serving, footwork techniques, as well as forehand and backhand skills. Summer Development Camps are best suited for those wanting an introduction to Table Tennis.

Athlete Development

Oval High Performance’s signature program, Athlete Development, runs year-round with morning and afternoon training options for the summer. Each athlete completes an individualized strength and conditioning program based on their physical growth and maturation, training age, and personal goals. The individualized approach makes this group program beneficial for athletes of all sports. The Oval’s team of S&C Coaches, many of whom support National team programs, design and coach the Athlete Development sessions to ensure an optimal training environment required for athletic success.
