SMALL GROUP TRAINING

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

A four-week program for boys and girls with the primary goal of helping players reach the peak of their potential. This small group training program is for players driven to improve their personal performance and participate in a high performance training environment focused on excellence.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training will take place over two consecutive hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Athletes will arrive at the High-Performance Centre at the Richmond oval for 60 minutes of strength and conditioning prior to going onto the courts for an additional 60 minutes of basketball skill development training.

The strength and Conditioning component will be delivered by Richmond Oval High Performance Staff, while all on court training will be coached by Split Second Basketball.

Upon registration athletes will be divided into one of two separate start times based on age & ability: All athletes will be notified of their training time prior to the first day of programming.
