Volleyball Canada Regional Excellence Program 


The Volleyball Canada Regional Excellence Program (REP) at the Richmond Olympic Oval exists to provide top athletes with holistic training in a world class environment, in order to develop athletes at each level, with the best eventually representing Canada.

There are 3 ‘streams’ in the year- round* (Sept- May) REP program, Stream 1 (grade 8), Stream 2 (grade 9-10), and Stream 3 (grade 11-12).  Each stream trains multiple mornings per week. Training sessions may include on-court technical practice, strength and conditioning training in the HP training centre, recovery and regeneration sessions and/or other Integrated Services (nutrition and mental performance seminars).

Stream 3 – athletes in grade 11-12

  • Mondays – Fridays: 6:30am-8:30am (alternating days)
  • Full Program Fee:  $3,225
  • Fall 2018 Program Fee:  $1,610
  • Winter 2019 Program Fee:  $1,687.85
