About this Program

Six Weeks to Get Oval Shredded

This six-week program is built to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more confident heading into summer. Led by certified personal trainer Ciara Hennessy, who pairs hands-on coaching with practical nutrition guidance to help you get real results, you’ll follow a clear, structured plan designed to take the guesswork out of your routine. With InBody scans at the beginning and end of the program, you’ll be able to track measurable changes in your body composition—so you can see the progress you’re making every step of the way. This program, running from May 11 to June 19, and available to Oval members for only $75.

Last year’s sold-out Summer Shred brought together a committed group who showed up—and saw real results.

As a group, participants gained 20 lbs of skeletal muscle mass and reduced body fat by an average of 4.75%.

    The group fitness classes included in Summer Shred are high-energy classes designed to challenge and inspire all levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes. With scalable workouts, motivating intervals, and a focus on fun, you’ll build strength, burn calories, and leave feeling unstoppable.

    Nutrition Booklet

    Our Summer Shred Nutrition Guide is a science-based resource designed to support your fitness journey with practical, easy-to-follow nutrition tips. While not customized, it offers clear guidance on balancing macronutrients—especially protein—to fuel your workouts, support recovery, and help you feel your best all summer long.

    Prizes

    Prizes will be given to the man and woman who have the highest percentage of lean muscle gained throughout the program, and for the man and woman who have lost the highest percentage of body fat.

  • 05

    Eligibility

    Members and guests are invited to join the Summer Shred program.

    Member cost: $75 plus GST
    Non-member cost: $99* plus GST
    *non-member can access the facility for In-Body scans (pre/post challenge) and weekly group fitness programming. Additional access to facility subject to drop-in pricing.

    Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register. Initial InBody scan must be completed before the end of the day on May 10, 2026.
