    Facility Service Worker

    Facility Service Workers (FSW) play a crucial role in ensuring that guest experiences at the Richmond Olympic Oval are supported by outstanding first impressions.  As a Facility Service Worker, you are both proactive and responsive in providing exceptional guest experiences through routine facilities and/or equipment care, cleaning and maintenance, parking operations, venue conversions and frontline operational services.  FSW’s are great at finding solutions, capable of independent motivation, love to work in a busy operational environment, customer focused and able to perform well within a team environment.

    Operations Worker

    We are seeking dedicated Operations Workers to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and operating our facility efficiently. In this role, you will handle ice-making equipment, monitor refrigeration systems, and perform building maintenance tasks, all while ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors. Collaborating as a team, you will respond to service calls and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

    Volleyball Coach

    The volleyball program at the Richmond Olympic Oval functions as an integrated team of professionals that delivers coaching and training for Oval High Performance (OvalHP) volleyball programs. The Sport Instructor, Volleyball is responsible for leading and directing the OvalHP Volleyball Pathway programs.

  • Fitness & Longevity

    Specialty Fitness Instructor, Pilates

    The Richmond Olympic Oval is seeking a highly qualified Pilates instructor with certification in Pilates Reformer. The successful candidates will have the expertise to lead private, duo, and trio sessions, as well as to instruct and substitute for small group Reformer classes of up to 7 clients. This role requires a professional approach to delivering customized and effective instruction in both individual and group settings.
