The Retail Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in maximizing sales and profits, providing a positive and dynamic visitor experience for members and guests while maintaining all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the retail channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervise store operations and personnel in absence of Retail Manager, opening and closing of the store, POS and e commerce operations, inventory management and visual presentation.

The Richmond Olympic Oval’s High Performance Speed Skating program provides competitive athletes with technical, tactical, and physical development opportunities to excel at the provincial, national, and international levels. The Sport Instructor, Speed Skating (Short Track) role supports Neo Junior and Junior athletes in the High Performance Competitive Stream while offering emerging coaches valuable experience working alongside a knowledgeable coaching team. This position focuses on technical skill development, performance analysis, and fostering a positive and holistic team culture.
Facility Service Workers (FSW) play a crucial role in ensuring that guest experiences at the Richmond Olympic Oval are supported by outstanding first impressions. As a Facility Service Worker, you are both proactive and responsive in providing exceptional guest experiences through routine facilities and/or equipment care, cleaning and maintenance, parking operations, venue conversions and frontline operational services. FSW’s are great at finding solutions, capable of independent motivation, love to work in a busy operational environment, customer focused and able to perform well within a team environment.
The Richmond Olympic Oval is seeking a Regular Operations Worker to support the safe and efficient operation of our recreational facility. This dynamic role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including ice making and maintenance, mechanical and refrigeration support, custodial duties, event conversions, and general building upkeep. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. With a focus on safety, customer service, and operational excellence, this position plays a vital role in ensuring a high-quality experience for facility users, staff, and community partners.
A Speciality Fitness Instructor, Pilates at the Richmond Olympic Oval (“Oval”) is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Pilates Reformer sessions aimed at improving the health, wellness, and fitness levels of Oval members. This role involves leading engaging and effective private, duo, trio, and small group Reformer classes (up to 7 participants) while offering expert guidance on safe Pilates techniques. The instructor will actively promote a healthy lifestyle, provide ongoing motivation, and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
