  • Community Sport

    Head Coach, Community Sport

    The Head Coach will ensure the development and delivery of World Class programs and camps to nearly 10,000 participants per year. Our programs and camps use the long-term athlete development model and focus on building fundamental movements for ages 3-15 years old. The position will provide leadership, training, ice/court instruction and coaching support to the instructor team. A large focus of this position will be our seasonal Learn to Skate programs and camps. This will include an emphasis on staff management, administrative duties and communication skills with clients. Your goal will be to provide the best programs and camps in the lower mainland!

    Sport Instructor, Speed Skating

    The Richmond Olympic Oval’s High Performance Speed Skating program provides competitive athletes with technical, tactical, and physical development opportunities to excel at the provincial, national, and international levels. The Sport Instructor, Speed Skating (Short Track) role supports Neo Junior and Junior athletes in the High Performance Competitive Stream while offering emerging coaches valuable experience working alongside a knowledgeable coaching team. This position focuses on technical skill development, performance analysis, and fostering a positive and holistic team culture.

  • Fitness & Longevity

    Speciality Fitness Instructor, Pilates

    A Speciality Fitness Instructor, Pilates at the Richmond Olympic Oval (“Oval”) is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Pilates Reformer sessions aimed at improving the health, wellness, and fitness levels of Oval members. This role involves leading engaging and effective private, duo, trio, and small group Reformer classes (up to 7 participants) while offering expert guidance on safe Pilates techniques. The instructor will actively promote a healthy lifestyle, provide ongoing motivation, and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
