The Camp Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the planning and delivery of these camps, while mentoring and guiding a team of enthusiastic camp staff.

    Sport Instructor, Badminton

    We are looking for a passionate individual with a love of badminton and a sound coaching background. This position is focused on introducing individuals ages 9 to 16 to badminton and developing fundamental badminton skills, rules and tactics, agility, balance, coordination and speed.

    The Climbing Wall Centre Shift Lead at the Richmond Olympic Oval ensures safe, smooth, and member-focused operations of our climbing facility. Supporting the Sport Climbing Programmer, Head Coach, and Head Route Setter, you’ll lead and mentor staff, coordinate daily activities, and maintain high standards for safety and customer service.

    OVALfit Ride Instructor

    As an OVALfit Ride Instructor, you deliver engaging, motivating, and inclusive cycling classes, bringing confidence, charisma, and your own ride style to every session. You create an immersive experience by preparing class profiles in the Stages Studio Pro system, building playlists that move the room, setting up the studio, and ensuring riders are fully connected and supported. You consistently deliver an on-brand Ovalfit experience while inspiring riders to challenge themselves, connect, and return ride after ride.

    Speciality Fitness Instructor, Pilates

    A Speciality Fitness Instructor, Pilates at the Richmond Olympic Oval (“Oval”) is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Pilates Reformer sessions aimed at improving the health, wellness, and fitness levels of Oval members. This role involves leading engaging and effective private, duo, trio, and small group Reformer classes (up to 7 participants) while offering expert guidance on safe Pilates techniques. The instructor will actively promote a healthy lifestyle, provide ongoing motivation, and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

  • Member Care & Guest Experience

    Oval Customer Service Attendant

    The Oval Customer Service Attendant (OA) works in a team environment, supporting multiple areas of the Oval. This role will ensure all visitors, clients and patrons have an outstanding and welcoming experience while at the Richmond Olympic Oval. OAs are passionate about sport/fitness, customer service and thrives in a multi-functional environment. This role may rotate around the various departments of the Oval based on operational needs, this may include working in the Oval Sport Store, Member & Guest Experience, Sport Courts, and Olympic Experience Museum (ROX).

    Building Service Worker (Auxiliary)

    The Building Service Worker is responsible for custodial, maintenance, and technical operations within the Richmond Olympic Oval and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for the community. This role involves collaborating with internal, external, and partner stakeholders to deliver positive experiences while supporting the smooth operation of the facility.

    Facility Service Worker (Auxiliary)

    Facility Service Workers (FSW) play a crucial role in ensuring that guest experiences at the Richmond Olympic Oval are supported by outstanding first impressions. As a Facility Service Worker, you are both proactive and responsive in providing exceptional guest experiences through routine facilities and/or equipment care, cleaning and maintenance, parking operations, venue conversions and frontline operational services. FSW’s are great at finding solutions, capable of independent motivation, love to work in a busy operational environment, customer focused and able to perform well within a team environment.
