You’re invited to Oval Community Day!
On August 25, we’re celebrating you, the Richmond community, with a day of sport, fitness, food and fun! Presented by our friends at ASPAC, Oval Community Day offers free admission and activities for all ages and interests. Sports demonstrations and try-its, selfie stations, food and prizes are all in store for this day of fun in the sun.
Not only will there be different sports to try, including skateboarding, wheelchair basketball, and surfing, but there will also be a variety of obstacle courses, kid-friendly activities, and sports demonstrations. Take a photo on the 2010 podium or bobsleigh in the main lobby! Self-guided tours of the Olympic Experience are also on offer.
Each hour, there will be a draw for an exciting prize package generously donated by Tourism Richmond, Vancouver Whitecaps, BC Lions, YYOGA, Bodycomp Imaging, Code Ninjas and Oval Integrative Pharmacy.
Finally, fun food and a BBQ by Time Out, Tap & Snack with affordable food options will be available throughout the day.
