Corrective exercise is the progression following physiotherapy to get stronger after experiencing an injury. Our Registered Kinesiologists will create and implement structured and personally tailored exercise programs to enhance and promote a safe and consistent return to physical function and daily activities. These programs include injury assessment and rehabilitation, exercise therapy for chronic injury or disease, lifestyle and physical activity planning, ergonomic and job demands analysis, fat loss and health improvement.

All you need is a Wi-Fi connection, some open space, and a goal in mind to get started with virtual personal training. Each Virtual Personal Training package includes a consultation to assess your fitness goals, fitness level, available tools and individual considerations to deliver a personalized program. Perfect for those working a hybrid schedule or looking for increased flexibility, virtual training options include program design, private sessions or training with a partner from the same or separate home.
