Advance Booking

Beginning January 1, 2025, the registration window opens at 8:00pm. Individuals may book up to 7 days in advance.

Waitlists

If you reserve a spot on a waitlist, you will automatically get notified at least 3 hours prior to the session start time if you have been added to the class. Once a waitlisted spot is confirmed, the cancellation policy and penalties apply. Be advised that we do not currently have an onsite stand-by process. If you do not receive a notice within this timeframe, it means that no spots have opened up and you are free to book an alternate time on the same day, space permitting.

Cancellations

Clients are responsible for managing their bookings and cancellations. Please ensure that you cancel any booking you are unable to attend. Cancellations or schedule changes that occur after the 3 hour window has closed will be recorded as a late cancellation.

No-Show/Late Cancel Policy

Please be aware that late entry is not permitted for group fitness classes. Individuals with more than one (1) late cancels/no-shows within a calendar year will be subject to a 30-day suspension of their online privileges, or they may pay a $15.00 administration fee. During the suspension, clients will have the option to call and or book/cancel their visits in-person.

Drop-in Passes

Drop-in passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you have paid a drop-in fee to be placed on a waitlist but do not receive a confirmed spot, the drop-in will automatically revert to a credit on your account and be available for future use. The same is true if you cancel your booking at least 3 hours prior to its start time. Drop-in passes will remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

    Why has the booking policy changed?

    We love hearing from our Oval Community, and when we heard that members were having a hard time booking group fitness classes, we knew something needed to be done to solve the problem. After reviewing attendance levels, we noticed a significant rise in no-shows and late cancellations for group fitness classes. We have adjusted our policy to allow one no-show or late cancel per year to ensure that classes are being booked with the intention of attending them.

    Why is the booking window changing?

    Our software provider, MindBody Online, has recently fixed the bug caused when the booking window changed from its default of midnight. We are thrilled to be able to change the booking window from midnight to 8:00pm to better meet the needs of our members.

    How do I dispute a no-show?
