Starting from the homepage, locate the applicable activity icon and click on the “Book Here” link.
Review the sessions available and reserve your spot by clicking on the “Register” button. Note that under each activity heading, it will indicate how many spots, or waitlist spots are available. An activity with no “Register” button indicates that the session and waitlist are full. Once you have selected your session, follow the prompts to either sign into your account or create a profile if you are new to the Oval.
When your booking is confirmed, you will see a green check mark. From there, you can click on the “View Schedule” tab to see all of your confirmed bookings. The Schedule function will also allow you to make changes to your bookings and cancel, should you no longer be able to attend. To help you better manage your schedule, select your communication preferences to receive waitlist info and reservation reminders by email, text or both.
The registration window opens at midnight. Individuals may book up to 7 days in advance.
If you reserve a spot on a waitlist, you will automatically get notified at least 3 hours prior to the session start time if you have been added to the class. Once a waitlisted spot is confirmed, the cancellation policy and penalties apply. Be advised that we do not currently have an onsite stand-by process. If you do not receive a notice within this timeframe, it means that no spots have opened up and you are free to book an alternate time on the same day, space permitting.
Clients are responsible for managing their bookings and cancellations. Please ensure that you cancel any booking you are unable to attend. Cancellations or schedule changes that occur after the 3 hour window has closed will be recorded as a late cancellation.
No-Show/Late Cancel Policy
Please be aware that late entry is not permitted for group fitness classes. Individuals with more than 3 late cancels/no-shows within a calendar month will be subject to a 14-day suspension of their online privileges, or they may pay a $10.00 administration fee. During the suspension, clients will have the option to call and or book/cancel their visits in-person.
Drop-in passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and are valid for one activity (for example one drop-in Table Tennis booked session or one drop-in visit to the Fitness Centre). If you have paid a drop-in fee to be placed on a waitlist but do not receive a confirmed spot, the drop-in will automatically revert to a credit on your account and be available for future use. The same is true if you cancel your booking at least 3 hours prior to its start time. Drop-in passes will remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
