Advance Booking

The registration window opens at midnight. Individuals may book up to 7 days in advance. Members and One Month Pass holders are permitted two activities per day with their membership.

Booking A 3rd Activity

Individuals with a long-term membership or a One Month Pass may register for a third activity, at the reception desk, 1 hour prior to the session start time. Requests will not be accepted via email or phone.


If you reserve a spot on a waitlist, you will automatically get notified at least 3 hours prior to the session start time if you have been added to the class. Once a waitlisted spot is confirmed, the cancellation policy and penalties apply. Be advised that we do not currently have an onsite stand-by process. If you do not receive a notice within this timeframe, it means that no spots have opened up and you are free to book an alternate time on the same day, space permitting.


Clients are responsible for managing their bookings and cancellations. Please ensure that you cancel any booking you are unable to attend. To avoid penalty, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 hours in advance of the session’s start time. Cancellations or schedule changes that occur after the 3-hour window has closed will count towards the 2 visit allowance per day.

No-Show/Late Cancel Policy

Please be aware that late entry is not permitted for group fitness classes. Individuals with more than 3 late cancels/no-shows within a calendar month will be subject to a 14-day suspension of their online privileges, or they may pay a $10.00 administration fee. During the suspension, clients will have the option to call and or book/cancel their visits in-person.

Drop-in Passes

Drop-in passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and are valid for one activity (for example one drop-in Table Tennis booked session or one drop-in visit to the Fitness Centre). If you have paid a drop-in fee to be placed on a waitlist but do not receive a confirmed spot, the drop-in will automatically revert to a credit on your account and be available for future use. The same is true if you cancel your booking at least 3 hours prior to its start time. Drop-in passes will remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
