The Balanced Recovery Series provides a holistic wellness experience that combines movement, mobility, yoga, and restorative practices. Over the course of four weeks, participants will enjoy Stretch + Myofascial Release, Mindful Recovery, FRC® Mobility Training, and Core Stability & Breathwork.

Everything You Need to Know

  • Stretch + Myofascial Release

    This deep recovery session combines targeted stretching techniques with self-myofascial release using tools like foam rollers and massage balls. Expect a calm, focused environment where you’ll learn how to identify tight or restricted areas and apply techniques that promote circulation, mobility, and faster recovery.

  • Mindful Recovery

    A recovery-focused yoga session that blends controlled mobility work, intentional movement, and a guided meditation to finish. The class is designed to gently open the body, increase joint range of motion, and calm the mind — helping you reset after intense training or a stressful week. 
    The final portion of class includes 10–15 minutes of guided meditation or relaxation to encourage mindfulness, body awareness, and mental clarity.

  • FRC® Mobility Training

    This science-backed class uses Functional Range Conditioning® principles to improve joint health, mobility, and control. Through isometric contractions, end-range holds, and targeted joint work, you’ll strengthen tissues and expand usable range of motion.

    Rather than passive stretching, this class emphasizes active mobility — teaching your body how to control new ranges so you move better, feel stronger, and reduce injury risk. 

  • Core Stability & Breathwork

    This class is all about building a strong, functional core from the inside out. You’ll combine breath-led core activation with stability-focused exercises that reinforce proper alignment, posture, and movement control.

    Expect floor-based drills, breathing patterns that support core engagement, and exercises that translate directly to better performance in sport and daily life.
