Small groups of up to seven participants receive personal attention along with a workout designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the entire body. Previous experience using a Reformer is required. Our Private Pilates sessions are available for beginners to learn the basics of the Reformer.

Rebekah has been providing post-injury rehabilitation and personal training services since 2012. Her interest in Pilates was ignited in 2015 when the practice helped improve her chronic lower back pain. In 2018 she sustained an injury in a car accident and turned to Pilates to help her manage her pain and improve her strength. The same year, she commenced her Classical Pilates training with Lori Thompson at Mindful Movement Studio to expand her knowledge in post-rehabilitation modalities to assist her clients overcome pain and injury. Rebekah is passionate about showing how Pilates is accessible to EVERY BODY!
Elle had the privilege of completing the Balanced Body Reformer Pilates Training with Master Trainer Lauren Brandt. She has also been teaching Yoga since 2014 and believes everyone can benefit from the amazing transformation that comes from regular movement practice. Her sessions include classical Pilates reformer exercises that offer a challenge, increase flexibility and strength, and provide nourishing movements to detoxify the mind and body. She believes that intelligent, mindful and slow movement is a chance to create more space and bring your body back to balance – the perfect way to gain flexibility and improve posture while developing optimal core stability and achieving the next level of health. In her sessions, she implements instruction and guidance, and cues your own ability to become more aware. Elle aims to empower her clients to achieve their personal best while enjoying the journey along the way.
Helen is a Certified BASI Comprehensive Pilates Teacher with a lifelong passion for movement. Growing up as a dancer, equestrian, and fitness enthusiast, Helen discovered Pilates during her athletic training and experienced its transformative benefits after a wrist injury from polo. While studying at the University of British Columbia, Helen deepened her interest in human kinesiology and athletic performance, leading her to complete the rigorous BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. She now works with clients of all levels, offering tailored sessions to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you’re seeking rehabilitation, enhanced athletic performance, or a way to feel more energized and balanced, Helen creates a safe and supportive environment to help you achieve your goals.
