Glen Kirkland is a retired veteran member of the Canadian armed forces with service across Canada and was a Canadian deployment in Afghanistan as a designated marksman, Tactical Combat Casualty Care medic and machine gunner. Glen was critically wounded during his Afghanistan deployment so he understands first hand how physical/health and mobility issues can be overcome. Glen still wanted to help so he volunteered in Ukraine. In Ukraine he evacuated vulnerable women, children and elders from Russia’s illegal invasion. Glen later served in Ukraine’s military primarily as an instructor teaching tactical medicine and as a designated marksman course which was adapted as their sniper program. Glen is a personal trainer now helping candidates achieve their goals to work in law enforcement.
