This magical experience combines light, movement, and sound to help you unwind, restore, and align with the season’s quiet energy. The session includes 60 minutes of yoga followed by 15 minutes of sound bath and meditation to deepen relaxation and guide you into a state of stillness.
Christa’s fitness journey began with group fitness and individual conditioning and then progressed to personal training and specializing in yoga fitness. She demonstrates her commitment to continuing education with additional training in Yoga, Athletes Performance and Functional Movement Systems, which has fueled her passion for athletic movement, safe practices and performing to one’s highest potential. As a Master Trainer with YogaFit Canada, she integrates yoga movements and breath into her sessions with clients to bring balance and awareness.
