What to Expect:
Dyno Competition
The highlight of the evening is our dyno competition. Short for “dynamic move,” the dyno competition involves leaping from one climbing hold to another in a single, explosive motion. This competition will test your strength, agility, and coordination.
Costume Contest
We’ll be hosting a costume contest, so make sure you arrive dressed to impress! Show off your creativity and stand a chance to win fantastic prizes.
Prizes
The excitement doesn’t stop at climbing and costumes. Ghosts & Grips is also your chance to win prizes from renowned outdoor brands Arc’teryx and Tentree.
Pricing
Members can join the fun for free. For non-members, regular drop-in rates apply. Those participating in the Dyno competition can sign up online through the Oval App or through Mind Body Online beginning October 23 at midnight. Registration on-site is also available.
