Join us on February 25 for the Member Appreciation Boulder Challenge, a high-energy evening of bouldering, learning, giveaways, and good vibes. Whether you’re brand new to climbing or chasing your next project, this event is designed to be inclusive, fun, and rewarding for all levels. Try new problems, challenge yourself, and climb alongside fellow members in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

The Boulder Challenge
Test yourself on 30 boulder problems ranging from V0 to V5+, and climb as many as you’d like throughout the event. Record each of your completed climbs on the provided scorecard, then submit your card by the end of the night to be entered into the prize draw.
How it works:
To keep the challenge fun, inclusive, and fair, our prize draw is based on participation rather than difficulty. Every completed boulder earns you closer to a prize:
- Complete 1–9 boulders to receive 1 entry
- Complete 10–19 boulders to receive 2 entries
- Complete 20–29 boulders to receive 3 entries
- Complete all 30 boulders to receive 5 entries
This format ensures climbers of all levels, from first-timers to seasoned boulderers—have a real chance to win while focusing on enjoying the climb and the community.
Prizes:
Every scorecard submission will have a chance to win exciting prizes, including Black Diamond climbing shoes, drop-in passes, and a private climbing session.

1) Squamish Climbing Academy Workshop
Alongside the Boulder Challenge, ACMG guide Jesse Godlington will host a free, interactive mini-workshop focused on I.D.E.A.L climbing anchors. This session is also a great preview of our Indoor Multi-Pitch Skills Program running on March 1.
2) Black Diamond Shoe Demo
Black Diamond will be on site with a shoe demo featuring the Aspect Pro and Method models. Try them on, climb in them, and see how they feel on real problems.
3) Member Care Mini Games
