Our newest group fitness class called DEKA™ Strength is here, and we’re ready to take your workouts to a whole new level!
DEKA™ Strength is a unique and dynamic class that combines functional movements with DEKA™ Zones. In just one hour, you’ll engage in a carefully crafted class format featuring two blocks of three rotating exercises, followed by an exhilarating one-minute burnout. DEKA™ Strength classes will challenge your strength, power, and endurance in a supportive and energizing environment.
Here’s what you can expect from DEKA™ Strength:
DEKA™ Zone Integration: Drawing inspiration from DEKA™ events, DEKA™ Strength incorporates some of the DEKA™ Zones, which are designed to test various aspects of your fitness. Rotating Exercise Blocks: Variety is the spice of life, and DEKA™ Strength gives you just that! With two blocks of three rotating exercises, each class will keep you on your toes. As with all OVALfit offerings, our expert coaches will guide you through a well-balanced workout that targets all major muscle groups.
One-Minute Burnout: Prepare to give it your all in the final push of the class! Our one-minute burnout is designed to push your limits, leaving you feeling accomplished and energized. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the class and maximize your effort.
