This program caters to people aged 55+ and supports participants in developing whole body strength and improving mobility.

The Instructor

Pat Yee

BCRPA- PT, CFP-PTS Pat has been passionately involved in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. As a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor, she has worked with people with a variety of goals and conditions. As an experienced instructor, she has worked with people with a variety of goals and conditions. She is a Third Age (active aging) specialist, and has worked with clients that have arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, weight issues and cancer survivors. Returning to an active lifestyle after recovering from a car accident, Pat gained energy and strength, lost weight, felt happier, and improved her health profile. Pat is committed to helping clients fit exercise in their busy schedules, experience the benefits of exercise, learn proper form, and recover with restorative exercises. She is also trained and certified on Kinesis™ and Power Plate®.
