Small groups of up to seven participants receive personal attention along with a workout designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the entire body. Prior experience with Reformer equipment is recommended for Small Group Training sessions. Those new to Pilates Reformer are encouraged to complete 1–3 private pilates sessions to learn the fundamentals and become familiar with the equipment before joining group sessions.
