Small groups of up to seven participants receive personal attention along with a workout designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the entire body. Prior experience with Reformer equipment is required for most registered programs. Beginners in Pilates should seek out Beginner Pilates programs available here at the Oval or consider our Private Pilates sessions to learn the fundamentals.
Elle is a Balanced Body Reformer Pilates instructor and yoga teacher since 2014 who believes in the transformative power of regular movement. Her sessions incorporate classical reformer exercises to build strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture and core stability. Elle focuses on mindful, intelligent movement and helps clients develop greater body awareness while working toward their personal health and fitness goals.
