Chris Spencer (NSCA CSCS, USAW Level 1) was on Team BC’s coaching staff at the Canada Summer Games and the National Basketball Championships. He is doing a Master’s in High Performance Coaching.
Tom Clifford (BSc) graduated from the University of Gloucestershire before working in Australia, and Singapore and settling in Canada. These experiences allowed Tom to work with a variety of athletes from young hockey players to professional rugby athletes.
Jackson Cheung (NSCA CSCS, NCCP-Athletics) competed on the national hurdling team and won the 2017 Canada Summer Games sprint hurdles. He has worked as a coach at the Oval since 2016.
Ciara Hennessy (BSc Sport & Exercise, PN1, GGS-1) has a Bachelor’s degree in sport and exercise science. She grew up playing and coaching Gaelic football where she continued to become the S&C coach for Irelands top level teams.
Sam McQueen (BCRPA CPT, RMT) is a recent graduate from the Langara College RMT program, Sam will use his knowledge of how the human body works and experience with sports such as soccer, hockey and rowing to maximize the time spent in the gym to get the most out of each athlete.
Calum Butterworth (NSCA CSCS) has developed his coaching style by working with varsity athletes at McMaster University where he completed his H.BSc.Kin. He has continued to grow as he completes his MKin at UBC where he also trains multiple varsity teams.
Braden Wilkins (CSCS, M Sc., Kin, RMT) graduated from University of the Fraser Valley with a Kinesiology degree he has since completed the Registered Massage Therapy program and a Masters of Exercise Science in Strength and Conditioning. Braden has worked with many sports at differing levels as well as playing many sports himself. Braden has worked with minor hockey associations, Provincial programs as well as Professional athletes.
Tim Cottman ((BClinExSc, DPthy, CSEP CEP-High Performance Specialization) is an experienced, Australian trained Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist. He has worked in private practice and high-performance sector working with state and national level athletes from numerous sports including running, soccer, golf, tennis, and volleyball.
Padraic James (MSc, BSc,) grew up Boxing which lead to him competing and coaching both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Weightlifting prior to becoming a strength and conditioning coach.
